Biografia:

Mary Hopkins (3 de Maio, 1950) nascida no País de Gales, no Reino Unido, é uma cantora folk autora da famosa música Those Were The Days, produzida em 1968 por Paul McCartney, versão original da música cantada no Show de Calouros do Silvio Santos. Seu primeiro single foi gravado em galês, língua que era usada normalmente por sua família. Casada com o produtor musical Tony Visconti, já gravou canções de autoria de David Bowie, Cat Stevens, Julian Lloyd Weber, dentre outros. Toca violão.
