Most of the leg work has been done by other people on this but I'll put up my tab based on Glen
playing this song live and videos I've seen online of him playing it. This is 99%
accurate. There is
just one small part I haven't totally figured out and it's the third/fourth chord Glen uses in the
beginning intro and bridge. Well, fair play, cheers all, and Gra mor! Commence to singing with
your whole hearts!

Verse 1:
G Am9
Well if we're gonna make cross this river alive
D7 G
you need to think like a boat and go with the tide
Am9

D7 G
of ever finding a harbour or figuring this out
Fadd9 A7sus2/E
and you're gonna need all the help you can get
Am7 D7 Am7 D7
so lift up your arms now and reach for it
Am7 D7 G
and reach for it

Chorus:
G
and take your time babe it's not as bad as it seems
Am9
you'll be fine babe, it's just some rivers and streams in between
D7 G
you and where you wanna be

G
and watch the signs now
Am9
you'll know what they mean you'll be fine now

just stay close to me and may good hope
D7 G
walk with you through ev'rything

Am9
La la la la da de da

(Verse 2: live recorded version only)
But if we're gonna make it through this trouble tonight
Keep that truth in your mouth cutting through like a knife
and I know where you've been has really left you in doubt
of ever finding a harbour of figuring this out
and we're gonna need all the help we can get
so lift up your arms now and reach for it
and reach for it

G
and take your time babe it's not as bad as it seems
Am9
you'll be fine babe, it's just some rivers and streams in between
D7 G
you and where you wanna be

you'll know what they mean you'll be fine now

just stay close to me and may good hope
