William Fitzsimmons (nascido em 1978) é um cantor/compositor americano de Illinois, talvez mais conhecido por suas canções "Passion Play" e "Please Don't Go", que aparecem na trilha sonora da série de televisão Grey's Anatomy.
Fitzsimmons nasceu filho caçula de pais cegos e cresceu em Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Ele conta que desenvolveu suas habilidades como multi-instrumentalista de sua mãe e pai, ambos eram músicos recreacionais. Sua casa na infância continha até um órgão, construído por seu pai.
