Biografia:
The Shaggs foi um grupo feminino formado em Fremont, New Hampshire em 1968. A banda era composta pelas irmãs Dorothy “Dot” Wiggin, Betty Wiggin, Helen Wiggin, e depois Rachel Wiggin.
A banda é resultado de insistência do pai que acreditava que suas filhas fariam muito sucesso. Ele investiu boa parte dos recursos da família neste sonho.
O album foi lançado em 1969 e permaneceu desconhecido até que em 1980 a revista Rolling Stone publicou uma matéria mencionando The Shaggs como a pior de todos os tempos.
