Biografia:
The Radio Dept. é uma banda de Dream Pop de Lund, Suécia. Atualmente a banda tem um contrato assinado com a Labrador Records.
A banda foi criada em 1995 pelos colegas de escola Elin Almered e Johan Duncanson, que batizou o grupo a partir de um posto de gasolina que virou uma oficina de rádio "Radioavdelningen" (The Radio Department).
