Biografia:
Survivor é uma banda de hard rock formada em 1978 em Chicago, nos Estados Unidos da America, que ficou muito popular por interpretar a música Eye of the Tiger, do filme Rocky 3. A formação original era composta por Frankie Sullivan, Jim Peterik, Dave Bickler, Dennis Johnson e Gary Smith. O álbum “Survivor” foi lançado em 79. Após seu lançamento, Stephen Eliss e Marc Doubray substituiram o baixista e o baterista respectivamente. A banda começou a fazer pequenas apresentações, visando divulgar o álbum.
