Biografía:
Survivor es una banda americana de AOR, formada en 1977 por los miembros fundadores Jim Peterik y Fran Sullivan. La banda alcanzó su mayor éxito en los 1980 con muchos singles en lo más alto de las listas, sobretodo en su país. Son sobretodo conocidos por los éxitos "Eye of the Tiger", el tema principal de "Rocky III" en 1982. Otros singles como "Burning Heart" (nº2 en USA), "The Search Is Over (nº4) y "High on You" (nº8) mantuvieron al grupo en los más alto de las listas.
