Something Corporate são cinco jovens músicos com uma habilidade inata de tocar boa música, de escrever grandes canções, e de bem se comunicarem com a multidão.
A sonoridade dos Something Corporate é muito influenciada pelo piano do cantor/compositor, Andrew McMahon, de 26 anos de idade. Se o indie-rock alguma vez pudesse ser apelidado de elegante, então esse seria o som desta banda.
