Biografia:
Serj Adam Tankian, nascido em Beirute, Líbano (21 de Agosto de 1967), é o vocalista, tecladista e frontman do System of a Down, famosos por músicas ativistas, politizadas e com toques que variam do rock progressivo ao folk mediterrâneo. Serj pode ser considerado uma pessoa de extrema capacidade mental e visual, sendo um poeta, músico e ativista muito atuante. Publicou um livro de poesias, "Cool Gardens". Com o amigo Arto Tuncboyaciyan, apresenta um programa de rádio mensal chamado Serart, projeto de música experimental.
