Biografia:
O Plasmatics foi uma banda Americana de punk formada pelo graduado na Universidade de Yale e radical anti-artistas Rod Swenson junto com Wendy O. Williams. A banda era um grupo controverso que ficou conhecido por suas apresentações selvagens que quebrou incontáveis tabus que acabou sendo um grande ataque a Cultura Popular Americana.
Juntando guitarras que mais pareciam serras elétricas, arremessos de microfones e sessões de destruição de televisões com martelos Williams e Os Plasmatics destruíam carros em suas apresentações ao vivo.

The Plasmatics were a great band. They came out of the punl scene in New York.
They were one of the first to use a hybrid of punk and metal. Wendy got on
famously with Lemmy of Motorhead. They were the first artists released on
STIFF Records. Stiff's first release was a single, a duet of Lemmy and Wendy
doing Stand By Your Man. No Class and Masterplan were on the B side.
