Biografia:
Banda formada em 1999 em New York por Steve Schiltz (vocals/guitar), Shannon Ferguson (guitar), Dave Marchese (bass) e Mike James (drums). Sob influencias shoegaze old school e do post punk lançaram seu primeiro álbum “Endsongs” em 2000 e mais três depois deste. Antes de entrarem em estúdio para gravação do ultimo álbum “Secrets are Sinister” de 2008, a banda deu uma paradinha, e Steve saiu em tour com Albert Hammond Jr, no início o Longwave abriu uns shows pro Strokes ai ficou amizade entre os caras.
