Filter é uma banda de rock industrial dos Estados Unidos formada por Richard Patrick em 1993, após sua saída do Nine Inch Nails.
A banda atingiu reconhecimento internacional, contribuindo para a trilha sonora de filmes como The Crow: City of Angels (1996) com "Jurassitol", Spawn (1997) com "(Can't You) Trip Like I Do", The X-Files (1998) com "One", Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life (2003) com "The Only Way (Is the Wrong Way)", The Girl Next Door (2004) com "Take A Picture"
