Biografía:
Joel Zimmerman, mejor conocido como "Deadmau5", nació el 5 de enero de 1981 en Toronto, Canadá. Antes de componer música (cosa que Joel nunca esperaba), se dedicaba a la programación y el diseño de software. El nombre de Deadmau5 proviene de un incidente donde un ratón trepo hasta el ordenador de Zimmerman y se electrocuto quedando muerto. Escogió el nombre “Deadmau5” porque “ratón muerto” comprende demasiados caracteres usados comúnmente en el IRC
