Biografía:
Aunque empezaron como una banda Black Metal con su anterior nombre Treblinka, y ya como Tiamat se iniciaron practicando Death Metal, esta banda sueca se convirtió en hacedora de una de las experiencias sonoras más sublimes dentro de la escena Doom Metal, gracias a su memorable "WILDHONEY", disco ciertamente influenciado por el rock progresivo de Pink Floyd, e imprescindible en la escena junto a los primeros trabajos de otros grupos como Anathema, My Dying Bride, o Paradise Lost.
