1) A mediados de los noventa, en plena apoteosis de brit pop, una lenguaraz y desafiante pantera de cráneo rasurado llamada Skin -de skinny (flaca)- agitó el panorama al frente de Skunk Anansie, banda que practicaba un aguerrido rock filometálico sazonado con proclamas políticas, feminismo racial y desgarradoras canciones de amor.
Ligados por su militancia izquierdista a Rage Against The Machine, Asian Dub Foundation o Manic Street Preachers
