Biografía:
Seaweed se formó en Tacoma, WA, en 1989. Su vocalista, Aaron Stauffer, fundó la banda junto con su mejor amigo Clint Werner, quien asumió los labores de guitarrista. Después se reclutó al guitarrista Wade Neal, al bajista John Atkins, y el baterista Bob Bulgrien. Con su sonido, Seaweed demostro ser apto para el sello de Seattle “Sub Pop”, donde grabaron en 1991 su primer EP llamado “Depised”, con la colaboración del productor Jack Endino.
