Biografía:
Killing Joke se creo en 1979, cuando “Big Paul” Ferguson (batería original) conoció a Jaz Coleman en Notting Hill, en el área de Londres. A ellos se unieron Geordie Walker y Martin ‘Youth’ Glover como bajista. De acuerdo con Coleman, su propósito era “definir la exquisita belleza de la era atómica en términos de estilo, sonido y forma”. Crearon su propio sello, Malicious Damage (que consiguió acuerdo de distribución con Island y después pasó a EG Records).
