Alexander Michael Tahquitz "Alex" Ebert (nascido em 12 de maio de 1978) é um cantor e compositor norte-americano. Ele é mais conhecido por ser o vocalista e compositor das bandas americanas Ima Robot e Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Em 12 de janeiro de 2014, Ebert ganhou um Globo de Ouro de Melhor Trilha Sonora Original por suas contribuições musicais para o filme "All is Lost".

I came up with a very easy solo that consists out of 8 small segments:

Repeat it once, then for the third time you only play the first 2(of 8) little segment and end with the 2's
on the e-string of the second segment before you start with the normal chords again.

-If you don't want to play the solo during this bit, I suggest these chords:

G - D - Em - C or G (C sounds to high during the solo in my opinion,
so I play the G without my pink on the top e-snare).

-When you do the D and lift your ring-finger from the e-snare,
you will notice that it basically sounds like the solo as well.

-Strum pattern changes during this part,
but if you mess around with the last C or G you will find a way that suits you best.
