Biografía:
Historia.
W.A.S.P se formaron en 1978 bajo el nombre de Sister, el cual se cambió a W.A.S.P. en 1981. Su primer concierto fue en un lugar llamado "The Woodstock" en Orange Country.
Blackie Lawless, nació el 4 de septiembre de 1956; su verdadero nombre es Steven Duren. Vivía en Staten Island, Nueva York.
Más tarde ese mismo año, el manager de Iron Maiden Rod Smallwood fue a ver a la banda. Se quedó impresionado con la música y las escandalosas actuaciones en directo.
