Biografía:
Joy Division fue una banda post-punk inglesa, formada en 1976 en Salford, en el área metropolitana de Manchester, Reino Unido. Se disolvió en mayo de 1980 tras el suicidio de su cantante, Ian Curtis. El resto de miembros del grupo crearon un grupo nuevo, New Order, meses después.
Aunque tuvieron un éxito modesto en su carrera, y lanzaron sólo dos álbumes de estudio, Joy Division ha sido aclamado desde entonces como uno de los más innovadores, evocativos e influyentes grupos de su tiempo.

(also in Substance and Heart and Soul). I used the Unknown Pleasures version, and added at the end the
additional verse of the 12” version (note there is some minor lyrics differences in other verses).
- If you manage to sing while playing the main riff, do it in verse 1 and the additional verse.

- Hooky was playing the riffs on its bass starting from the 19th fret on the G string and continuously playing
the open D string. With a guitar you can do the same starting from the 7th fret on G string. But starting
from the 12h fret of the D string sounds better with a guitar, even if you lose the open string.
