this is the way I play a nice acoustic version of this song. Its not the way he played
it, but i think it sounds better this way, playing the barred chords. Iv taken bits from
other postings aswell, all credit deserved.

Dd you rush to the phone to call?
Was there a voice unkind in the back of your mind saying,

-0--3-|

-0--3-|
Em G (x2)

"maybe... you didn't know him at all."

-5---8---3---10-|
-5---8---3---10-|
-6---9---4---11-|
-7---10--5---12-|
-7---10--5---12-|

A C G D

then play D for this bit:
-10-
-10-
-11-
-12-
-12-
-10-
D

Well, the bells out in the church tower chime
Burning clues into this heart of mine
Thinking so hard on her soft eyes and the memory
Of her sighs that, "it's over... it's over..."

and end on Em I think?
