Kris Delmhorst - Everything Is Music

CAPO: 2nd Fret

INTRO: G

Now we've come to the place where everything is music
D
Everything is music
G
Oh oh, everything is music

Yeah, we've come to the place where everything is music
D C G
Everything is music, let it play, play, play

Tell me, why do you stay in jail, when the door is wide open?
D
The door is wide open
G
Yeah, the door is still wide open

Tell me, why do you stay in jail, when the door is wide open?
D C G C
Let the beauty that you love, be what you do, do

G
Stop talking now and open up the window
D C G C
The one right there in the middle of your heart
G Em
Let go your hands, sit down in this circle
C D
You know you got no need to keep yourself apart

G
Well, the day you wake up sad and empty, don't go back to sleep
D
Don't go back to sleep
G
No-o, don't go back to sleep

Well, the day you wake up sad and empty, don't go back to sleep
D C G
There's a million ways to kneel and kiss the ground

INSTRUMENTAL: G D G D C G C

G
Don't worry now, about saving all these songs
D C G C
There's so many more just waiting to be found
G Em
And if all these instruments should disappear
C D
We would still hear something coming up from way down in the ground

G
Because we've come to the place where everything is music
D
Everything is music
G
Oh oh, everything is music

Yeah, we've come to the place where everything is music
D C G
Everything is music, let it play, let it play
D C G
Ooh, everything is music, let it play-ay-ay
D C G
Ooh ooh, everything is music, let it play
