G Bm
Baby, I used to walk around all alone in the pouring rain, babe
Em
Stepping in the puddles that always seemed to be in the way, babe
C
But that don't matter now, I'm seeing past the clouds

G Bm
Today, I woke up on the right side of the bed that I made
Em
And in the quiet of the morning, no, I didn't hear my heart break
C
I'm singing a different tune, one about finally getting over

G D
You, and those beggin' blue eyes that I always seemed to give into
Em
And that faded blue Chevy where I'd climb in next to you
C
Well, I was down for a while, but now that time is through
G
I'm out of the blues

G Bm
Baby,I'm counting my lucky stars each and every day, babe
Em
And that boy at the corner cafe, gonna tell him "hey," babe
C
Maybe give him my number too, yeah, that's what I'm gonna do 'cause I'm so over

G D
You, and those beggin' blue eyes that I always seemed to give into
Em
And that faded blue Chevy where I'd climb in next to you
C
Well, I was down for a while, but now that time is through
G
I'm out of the blues
D Em
Into the new, I made it through
C
Out of the blues, out of the blues
B
After all this time, I'm doing fine
Em Am
And now you show up right out of the blue, but I got news for

G D
You, and those beggin' blue eyes that I always seemed to give into
Em
And that faded blue Chevy where I'd climb in next to you
C
Well, I was down for a while, but now that time is through
C
It's through, it's through, I'm so over

G D
You, and those beggin' blue eyes that I always seemed to give into
Em
And that faded blue Chevy where I'd climb in next to you
C
Well, I was down for a while, but now that time is through
C
It's through, it's through, yeah
G
I'm out of the blues, I'm through with that, over and done, ain't goin' back
D
Into the new, Yeah, baby, I'm through with that, yeah,
Em
Well, I made it through, no, no, no, baby
C
Out of the blues, I'm over you
