[Intro]
G Am G

[Verse 1]
G C
I never had a crystal ball
Am D7
I never had a crystal stone
G Em
I never claimed to know it all
Am
All I know is what I've known
Bm C
But I know that what we've had
Am D7
I have never had before
G Em
So if you really wanna go
Am G G G
Be of good heart evermore

[Verse 2]
G C
I hear the wild dog in the dark
Am D7
I hear the wind out in the pines
G Em
But there's no travel near or far
Am G D7
Without the crossing of my mind
Bm C
Still the reflection of your eyes
Am Bm
Shows a road stretched out before me
G Em
And if you really wanna go
Am G G Am D7 G G
Be of good heart evermore

[Verse 3]
G C
I don't know nothing 'bout where you're goin'
Am D7
That don't mean a thing to me
G Em
You have secrets I don't know
Am D7
And I have scars that you can't read
Bm C
I know your past ain't far behind
Am D7
I hear it knocking on your door
G Em
And if you really wanna go
Am D7 G G G
Be of good heart evermore

[Verse 4]
G C
And I know that I just may
Am D7
Have been a way to pass your time
G Em
Just a stop along your way
Am D7
As you were a stop on mine
Bm C
But even so it'd still be worth
Am D7
All the loneliness in store
G Em
And if you really wanna go
Am D7 G
Be of good heart evermore
Am D7 G G G
Be of good heart evermore
