A Hope Sandoval lyrical woven masterpiece – like a Picasso line drawing.
To sing AND play it's a lot of work if you want to get the timing, never mind replicate Hope's
lulling off beat singing.

Comments and corrections very welcome, as fussy as you like :)

No capo

Chords as played in intro, verse and 1st and 3rd part of outro
F (xx321x) Dm(xx323x) F(xx321x) G(x2000x)/(320001)
Occasionally the E strings are included, muted to some degree. In the intro the high E is muted at
best.

The intro pattern for the first 3 times is:
e|----------(3)------------(3)--------------(3)|
B|-----1-3-1-0--------1-3-1-0----------1-3-1-0-|
G|---2---2-2-0------2---2-2-0--------2---2-2-0-|
D|-3-----3-3-0----3-----3-3-0------3-----3-3-0-|
A|-----------2--------------2---0h2----------2-|
E|---------------0-----------------------------|
The gentle bass notes after the “G down strum” vary – listen and improvise!
This picking develops after the intro but it's still the basic chord progression as below.
