[Intro]
Asus2 Am Asus Am
Asus2 Am Asus Am

[Verse 1]
Am
The nights are lifting like colored glass
Fmaj7
The dawn that breaks might be the last
Am
For pointless views that i was after
Fmaj7
Leave me struggling with disaster
Am C
With pen in hand, the thoughts that fled
D G
Seemed to shatter in my head

[Chorus]
Fmaj7 G Asus2 Am Asus Am
Tell someone, crystal is falling
Fmaj7 G Asus2 Am Asus Am
Tell someone, crystal is falling

[Verse 2]
Am
Your paperbacks and mag-by-lines
Fmaj7
Seasick writers noone finds
Am
The feeling that we know they'll censure
Fmaj7
For fear they'd be caught in adventure
Am C
The rumors we could not defend
D G
Will find a climax in the end

[Chorus]
Fmaj7 G Asus2 Am Asus Am
Tell someone, crystal is falling
Fmaj7 G Asus2 Am Asus Am
Tell someone, crystal is falling

Asus2 Am Asus Am

[Verse 3]
Am
For all the blood that's turned to ink
Fmaj7
For quicksand moods when spirits sink
Am
For all the years i've been neglected
Fmaj7
My eyes are naked, inspected, infected
Am C
My god are we all twisted glass
D G
Catching pieces of the past

[Chorus]
Fmaj7 G Asus2 Am Asus Am
Tell someone, crystal is falling
Fmaj7 G Asus2 Am Asus Am
Tell someone, crystal is falling
Fmaj7 G Asus2 Am Asus Am
Tell someone, crystal is falling

[Outro]
Asus2 Am Asus Am
