Thebe Neruda Kgositsile, conhecido como Earl Sweatshirt , é um rapper, compositor e produtor americano de Los Angeles, California. Conhecido originalmente como Sly Tendencies, psudônimo que usava quando começou a fazer rap, logo mudou seu nome quando Tyler the Creator lhe convidou para fazer parte da coletiva de Hip-Hop Alternativo chamada Odd Future em 2009.
Ganhou reconhecimento e elogios da crítica após o lançamento de sua mixtape de estréia, Earl, em 2010 quando tinha apenas 16 anos de idade.
