Devin Garrett Townsend (nascido 5 de Maio de 1972 em New Westminster, Colúmbia Britânica) é um influente músico multi-instrumentista canadense. Ele é um vocalista e produtor musical, com base no metal progressivo com influências de jazz, blues, industrial, ambiente e música clássica. Ele é o membro fundador da banda de metal extremo Strapping Young Lad, e tem lançado uma multiplicidade de seus próprios álbuns no âmbito de ligações com Ocean Machine, Devin Townsend e The Devin Townsend Band.
