Ciara Princess Harris, mais conhecida como Ciara, nasceu dia 25 de Outubro de 1985 em Austin, Texas. É compositora e cantora de R&B. Também conhecida como The First Lady Of Crunk & B, e seu outro apelido é Ci-Ci.
Cresceu em bases militares na Alemanha, Nova York, Califórnia, Arizona e Nevada, já que seu pai pertencia às Forças Armadas Norte-Americanas. Ela disse que depois de ver uma perfomance do trio feminino Destiny's Child na televisão, se inspirou a começar uma carreira no mundo da música.
