Biografia:
Capital Cities é um grupo de indie pop que surgiu em Los Angeles, Califórnia. O duo é formado por Ryan Merchant e Sebu Simonian. Estão ativos desde 2009.
O álbum de estreia da banda, In a Tidal Wave of Mystery, foi lançado em 04 de junho de 2013, via Capitol Records em parceria com Lazy Hooks. Ele estreou em #66 na Billboard 200. O primeiro single do álbum, Safe and Sound, foi lançado no dia 1º de fevereiro de 2011 e alcançou um pico de #8 na Billboard Hot 100.
