A banda foi formada pelo cantor / compositor / guitarrista Chris Henderson depois que ele participou da Hartt School of Music. Completam o sexteto, Rob / Robert Griffith (bateria), Bob / Robert Tanen (baixo), Matt / Matthew Warner (órgão / teclados / samples), Packy / Patrick Fetkowitz (guitarra) e Craig Struble (gaita, banjo).
