Biografia:
Broken Bells é uma banda de indie rock formada em 2009 em Los Angeles, Califórnia com participação do artista-produtor Danger Mouse (conhecido pelo seu verdadeiro nome, Brian Burton) e James Mercer, o vocalista e guitarrista da banda indie rock The Shins. O projeto foi anunciado pela primeira vez na terça-feira 29 setembro, 2009. Os integrantes decidiram trabalhar juntos depois de uma reunião no festival dinamarquês de música em 2004, e quando se encontraram, descobriram que eram fãs do trabalho um do outro.
