April Smith and the Great Picture Show é um grupo de folk/pop indie do Brooklyn, New York.
Em um estilo que tem sido descrito como "burlesca spaghetti" e "melodramatic pop", Abril Smith e sua banda combinam pop indie, folk rock e swing, citando uma ampla gama de influências, desde os Beatles e Queen ao Edgar Allan Poe e Wes Anderson.
Em 2010, a banda lançou seu primeiro álbum de estúdio, "Songs for a Sinking Ship". Este álbum foi financiado pelos fãs através do site Kickstarter.
