Biografia:

Alan Menken

Menken teve a colaboração de renomados letristas incluindo Howard Ashman (1950-1991), Tim Rice e Stephen Schwartz. Ele é mais conhecido por seus trabalhos em filmes da Walt Disney, incluindo O corcunda de Notre Dame, A Pequena Sereia, A Bela e a Fera, Hercules, Pocahontas, Aladdin, e Nem que a vaca tussa. Seu primeiro trabalho de sucesso foi a trilha sonora de A pequena loja dos horrores, musical da Broadway de 1982. Menken recebeu oito prêmios Oscar.
