Adam Mitchel Lambert nasceu no dia 29 de Janeiro de 1982. É um cantor, ator e compositor americano de Los Angeles, Califórnia. Terminou na segunda posição na oitava temporada do American Idol em Maio de 2009.
Na audição para o programa cantou Bohemian Rhapsody, clássico da banda Queen e música favorita do jurado Simon Cowell. Apesar de dizer que ele era muito teatral, aprovou-o para a fase conhecida como Hollywood Week. No Top 36, destacou-se
