Biografia:
Vampire Weekend é uma banda indie pop com influências de afro-beat. Os colegas de banda Ezra Koenig (vocal/guitarra), Rostam Batmanglij (teclados, piano e guitarra), Christopher Tomson (bateria) e Chris Baio (baixo) tocaram juntos desde fevereiro de 2006, em New York, até ao anúncio de saída de Rostam da banda, em janeiro de 2016. A partir daí, a banda tem continuado como um trio.
O seu álbum de estreia (Vampire Weekend) foi lançado em 29 de Janeiro de 2008 pela gravadora XL, um sucesso de crítica.
