Biografia:
Banda original de Los Gatos, California nos EUA. Formada em 1997 por: Chris Brown (vocalista), Simon Ormandy (guitarrista), Peter Charell (baixista) e David Stege (baterista).
O Trapt começou por gravar dois álbuns, Amalgamation e Glimpse, para vender em pequenos concertos pela cidade natal. Chamaram a atenção das editoras e assinaram com a Warner Bros. Records, e gravaram o seu álbum de estreia, o homônimo "Trapt".
