Biografia:
Richard Paul Astley é um cantor, compositor e músico do Reino Unido, nasceu no dia 6 de fevereiro de 1966, na cidade de Newton-le-Willows, distrito metropolitano de St Helens, condado de Lancashire.
Uma das sensações pop do eclético período entre as décadas de 80 e 90, Rick Astley começou sua carreira em 1985 influenciado pelo soul e pela disco music. Ele era baterista de um grupo de soul chamado FBI, quando foi descoberto pelo produtor musical Peter Waterman, que o convenceu a se mudar para Londres.

OK, Firstly, this is sorta more a piano song so it won't sound properly right on guitar
anyway but I'm doing my best, so no comments saying "Wow you screwed this up big time"
K? Also, it's an upbeat kind of song, so put some life into it! :D
I play this song with barre chords to zip into the riff below since I'm doing it on my
own, but it sounds alright with open chords. :L
First comes first: Throughout the verse you'll hear a sort of bass-y riff thing. I've
got it tabbed out for 6 string guitar since it's insanely easy:
