Matt Pond PA é uma banda indie formada na Filadélfia, Pensilvânia em 1998 pelo cantor / compositor Matt Pond, juntamente com o Josh Kramer, Rosie McNamara-Jones, Jim Hostetter e Sean Byrne. Matt Pond é o único membro remanescente original. Eles ganharam reconhecimento logo de cara, com o cd ''Deer Apartments'' (1998).
