Biografia:
Matchbook Romance foi uma banda americana de rock formada em Poughkeepsie, New York em 1997. Lançaram dois álbuns de estúdio e um EP pela Epitaph Records.
O grupo estreou com o EP West for Wishing, lançado no início de 2003, e mais tarde no mesmo ano lançaram seu primeiro álbum Stories and Alibis em setembro. Em 2004 a banda grava um split com a banda Motion City Soundtrack.
Em 2006 lançam seu segundo álbum, Voices, a banda decidiu mudar seu som e assim ficando longe do que eles vinham produzindo originalmente.
