Masquerade" from the acoustic performance at the LPU Summit in New York.

If you want to play it more to match the stripped down acoustic version they
released for free with simply piano, acoustic guitar, and vocals, you can still
follow this tab with a few alterations.
To play it with that recording, play it the same, but without the capo. Same
chords (shapes) and everything. So the chords are still F, C, Am, and G (and E).
If you want to pick it, just pick the base note of whatever chord then strings 4,
3, and 2 individually (in that order). You can easily figure out the rest as
in where to just strum once and whatever.
If you're happy playing with the live acoustic version, you can disregard this note.

Capo on the third fret.
Brad plays the F chord with using his first finger on the high e and B strings, and
his thumb on the low E string. So if you don't like barre chords, or aren't good
at them (I was terrible until recently), you could avoid it. I barre it because it
takes less thinking for me.

Repeat the pattern for chorus for the bridge. The final chorus has just one
strum on the first F and C, then the first G is strummed lightly.
In the intro and verse, for the changes chord between the Am and C all you
have to do is lift your second finger from the D string and put it on the A
string, then lift your third finger off the strings completely before switching
to the normal chord.
If you are like me and you are just learning guitar or aren't very good and
have trouble with fast chord changes, you could take out the variation between
the Am and C in the intro and verse, and you could skip the G between the Am
and F in the chorus and bridges. That's how I played it at first, also with this
strumming pattern: vv^ vv^ vv^ v^v^; and it all sounded fine.
