Biografia:
Catterfeld nasceu em Erfurt , na Turíngia , em seguida, na Alemanha Oriental , em 1979. Na idade de 15 anos ela começou a tocar piano ea flauta, ao mesmo tempo tendo primeira dança e aulas de canto. Após a formatura no ensino médio, ela estudou Pop e Jazz no Felix Mendelssohn Faculdade de Música e Teatro , em Leipzig , durante dois anos. Em 1998 ela finalmente lançou suas primeiras gravações intitulado KIV, mas as sete músicas só tem pouco a profissionais de resposta nenhuma.
