Biografia:
Wipers foi uma banda de punk rock formada em Portland, Orégon em 1977 pelo guitarrista e vocalista Greg Sage, juntamente com o baterista Sam Henry e o baixista Dave Koupal. A banda foi uma das pioneiras do gênero, com a estrutura estrita em suas músicas e o uso de distorções pesadas sendo aclamados como extremamente influentes por muitos críticos e músicos, inclusive pela popular banda de grunge Nirvana, que já fez vários covers de músicas da banda.
