Biografia:
Willy DeVille, cantor e compositor, nasceu William Borsay em Stamford, Connecticut em 25 de agosto de 1953. Morreu em agosto de 2009.
Na adolescência, tinha uma banda chamada "Billy and the Kids". Mudou-se para Londres a fim de formar uma nova banda, mas não teve sucesso na procura por músicos com a mesma afinidade. Retornou para os Estados Unidos, em São Francisco, onde formou uma banda com o baixista Ruben Siguenza e o baterista Tom "Manfred" Allen.
