Biografia:
Washed Out é o projeto do músico Ernest Greene, originário de Perry, Georgia, EUA. O projeto tomou forma junto à cena chillwave do verão de 2009, podendo ter o estilo caracterizado como "lo-fi disco pop" e/ou "hypnotic bedroom electro".
Com melodias de verão bem originais e relaxantes, contrastando com um eletrônico mais agressivo, Greene lançou o seu segundo EP, Life of Leisure (de Setembro de 2009), que tem um bom destaque até hoje.
