Biografia:
Tommy Bolin foi um guitarrista americano conhecido por suas passagens em grupos como Deep Purple e James Gang e também por sua carreia solo.
Nascido Thomas Richard Bolin, na cidade de Sioux City, estado de Iowa, em 1 de agosto de 1951, desde cedo mostrou interesse pela música, sendo a bateria o primeiro instrumento que aprendeu a tocar, passando logo depois para os pianos e finalmente para a guitarra.
Iniciou sua carreira profissional num grupo chamado Zephyr, onde participou de dois discos, Zephyr (1969) e Going Back to Colorado (1971).
