The Future Sound of London (muitas vezes abreviado para FSOL) é uma prolífica banda de música eletrônica britânica composto por Garry Cobain e Brian Dougans. O duo é muitas vezes creditado como desbravador das fronteiras da experimentação e da música eletrônica em seu pioneiro projeto de dance music contemporânea.
Garry Cobain e Brian Dougans se conheceram em meados da década de 1980 em Manchester, quando Dougans alcançou um grande sucesso com seu projeto acid house denominado Humanoid.
