Biografia:
´The Evens é um grupo de Washington, D.C. dueto punk, formado no fim de 2001, tendo em sua formação Ian MacKaye (do Fugazi, e do Minor Threat) e Amy Farina (originalmente do The Warmers). Após Ian a banda do MacKaye (Fugazi) ter entrado em hiatus, o The Evens começou ensaiar intensamente, também eventualmente tocaram em alguns poucos shows e recordaram um álbum auto-entitulado, lançado no dia 25 de março de 2005 pelo selo de Ian, o Dischord Records.
