Biografia:
Sharleen Eugene Spiteri, nasceu na Escócia em 07 de novembro de 1967. Antes de seguir carreira musical, aventurou-se como cabeleireira.
Foi vocalista da banda escocesa Texas, onde atingiu sucesso musical com o single I Don't Want a Lover. O Texas foi um grupo formado junto com John McElhone e seu nome foi inspirado no filme de Wim Wenders, Paris, Texas.
Sharleen lançou-se em carreira a solo no ano de 2008, com o álbum Melody. Com 11 faixas, o disco flerta com o pop, recheado com orquestrações de metal.
