Biografia:
ShamRain é uma banda finlandesa que toca lenta e atmosférica, categorizada como ethereal rock. Seus integrantes iniciais são Kalle Pyyhtinen, Janne Jukarainen, Mikko Kolari e Matti Reinola.
ShamRain encontrou suas influências espirituais em bandas como This Empty Flow e na britânica banda de rock atmosfério veterana Anathema.
Em uma agradável noite de outubro de 2000, dois finlandeses tiveram a idéia de montar uma banda que tocasse lentamente.
